The kids are going back to school — and this year was extra special celebrating the first day of KINDERGARTEN for Ethan, and Grade 3 for Lauren. We kicked off the morning with a fun breakfast featuring waffles, fruit, and cheerful table décor. who doesn’t love a little tea party! I think that’s one thing that my daughter and I have in common, so we had fun planning this special little party together, and sharing some sweet treats and memories as well! This might just have to become an annual event!

I strung a DIY papel picado banner between the garden lights with a colourful tassle garland, and decorated a picnic table with mini pinatas, painted cactus rocks, and terracotta pots!
