easter basket ideas for kids
I LOVE putting together my kids’ easter baskets! One thing that always makes it easier for me is collecting things slowly - sometimes throughout the year! I tuck things away in a bin, and then when Easter time rolls around I only need to find a few more things! Of course, I always pick out a new Cuddle + Kind doll for each of them. I just love that their dolls are handmade and provide a meal for children in need. This year - I went with the larger 20” size of doll and they are so fun and soft!
For the “basket” itself - each year I try find something useful (like these organizer caddies from last year!), and when I found these colourful mesh beach bags I knew they’d be perfect!
For the rest of items inside their baskets - I usually look for things they tend to need (rather than just toys or candy) like toiletries/hair products, books, springtime/outdoor things, and sometimes clothes/shoes. Then i’ll normally toss in a few little fun things like a puzzle, playdough, craft kit, or game! I find that choosing things under the same “theme” keeps each kids’ basket similar/cohesive when you’re shopping for different ages/genders.
I hope this gives you a few ideas for your kids’ baskets! Happy Easter!
