baby girl's nursery

My goal with Lauren's nursery was to keep it calm and neutral, while adding in a few subtle blush pink accents. We used the dormer window nook for her change table, which added a lovely view behind a spot we frequented so much! We knew we were having a baby girl, but I didn’t want to go overboard designing a room that was too feminine, and still invest in neutral items we could use for the next baby!

I love the grey Babyletto Crib breaking up the white shiplap wall (which is the easiest DIY ever - we had to add it to cover up an old painted mural that was once on this wall). The chair is extremely comfortable to nurse in, as it is wide enough and really supportive. (It’s from Structube but they no longer sell this model. This one is similar though) I used this nursing pillow and it’s my absolute favourite! I painted the X + O prints with watercolour and put them in Ikea frames for some affordable art, and made the mobile with scrap felt I had left over (using this tutorial).

Overall I think it was a simple and sweet bedroom for my baby girl!
